Giving a Run for Money

The annual Vital Run, organised by Run/Walk For Life WP Athletic Club in association by Vital Health Foods, took place on Saturday, 3 December 2011, at Lourensford Estate. With scenic surrounds, family fun, good food, and money raised for charity on the day’s agenda, it’s no wonder the number of enthusiastic race finishers grew from 3 500 in 2010 to 4 500 this year. Once again a runaway success, the Vital Run proved to be the place to be for those passionate about nature, nutrition, and the needs of the community.
